HANCOCK HOUSE, SALEM, NEW JERSEY
MAR 18TH – MAR 19TH “Bayonetted and Butchered in the most Inhumane Manner”
This coming March marks the 245th anniversary of the Hancock House "Massacre". This event will be a living-history portraying the local civilians, militia and British units involved in the Salem occupation. There will also be a guided tour of sites associated with the events of 1778.
SAT APR 15TH
Minute Man National Historical Park preserves the significant sites, structures and landscapes associated with the opening battle of the American Revolution in Lexington, Lincoln and Concord, and also The Wayside: Home of Authors. Three days of events at Minuteman National Park depicting British soldiers and local civilians.

JUN 23 AT – JUN 25 “THE ARMY ON CAMPAIGN”
The weekend will include multiple lectures focused on laundry, health & wellness,
military discipline, and provisioning the army. Three tactical demonstrations (two on Saturday and one on Sunday) will be conducted for the public, but additional “for us by us” skirmishing may occur around the available (192 acres) Bidwell House property.

Returning to Fort Ticonderoga as part of the Fort's model company of Infantry and Civilians during the American retreat during the Saratoga campaign

SEP 15TH - 17TH “GLOBAL TEMPEST”
Exploring the global nature of the AWI at various sites at the FCMV. The 17th will be inhabiting the Irish Farmstead portraitying a recruiting party in 1774. Members will portray the recruiting party, recruits, and local civilians, who have various reasons to visit the farm and see the army.

OCT 21ST -22ND “WITH THEIR LAST DROP…”
We will be depicting the 2nd RI regiment inhabiting Fort Mercer and the Whitall House as they held out in 1777 as the Howe's army captured Philadelphia. We will have boat demonstrations and a plan to have a march on Sunday morning tracing the path taken to alert the garrison of the impending attack.

OCT 28TH - 29TH “OCCUPIED PHILADELPHIA”
In the fall of 1777, Philadelphia – the Revolutionary capital at the time – was seized by the British and occupied for nine long months, with Independence Hall serving as a prison for American prisoners-of-war. Join us as we recreate the dark days of the British occupation with Occupied Philadelphia, the Museum’s annual flagship living history event. The Museum will offer guided walking tours, special programming, and family-friendly activities exploring what life was like in the city while British forces controlled it. The living history interpreters will also be occupying the neighborhood.
